Terms of Use

These terms describe how GamIA at aiialabs.ge works today and what we ask of the people who use it. GamIA is operated by the AI IA Labs team in Tbilisi, Georgia. If something here is unclear, write to contact@aiialabs.ge.

1. What GamIA is

GamIA is a Georgian-language platform of browser games: word, logic, geography, history, music and reaction games. The games are free to play. No account, no payment and no download is needed. GamIA is a games platform; it is not a school, a tutoring service or a certified educational programme.

2. Children and parents

GamIA is made for children and teenagers (roughly ages 8 to 16) and for the parents and teachers who hand them the device. A child does not need to give us any contact details to play. We ask parents and guardians to decide whether GamIA suits their child and to help younger children choose a nickname that is not their real name. What the site collects is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Fair play and nicknames

• A leaderboard nickname is public. Do not use a real name, contact details, links, or offensive words. Nicknames are checked automatically, and offensive ones are refused.
• Do not submit forged scores or try to disrupt the games, the leaderboards or other players' rooms.
• Devices that submit offensive nicknames or forged scores can be blocked from the leaderboards automatically, and we may remove such results.
• The feedback button is for bugs and ideas. Please do not put personal details in a feedback message.

4. Content

The games, their design and the GamIA and AI IA Labs names belong to the AI IA Labs team. Some games use photographs and map data made by other people under open licences; they are credited inside those games. You are welcome to share your results and links to the games.

We prepare and check game content with care, but mistakes can happen. Some games offer an explanation written by an AI model (Google Gemini); such explanations can be wrong. If you find an error, please tell us through the feedback button or by email.

5. Availability and changes

GamIA is provided as it is. Games can change, be temporarily closed, or be removed; some games open only on certain days. Saved progress such as streaks and personal bests lives in your browser and is lost if the browser's site data is cleared. We may update these terms when the product changes, and will change the date at the top.
