Data deletion

You, or a parent or guardian on behalf of a child, can ask us to delete data connected with your use of GamIA at any time. Write to contact@aiialabs.ge. There is no form to fill in and no account to log into, because GamIA has no accounts.

1. What you can delete yourself, right now

Most of what GamIA remembers about you is kept in your own browser: streaks, personal bests, daily-game progress, saved melodies, your last nickname, settings and a random player ID. Clearing the site data for aiialabs.ge in your browser settings removes all of it immediately. After that, the site treats you as a new visitor.

2. What we can delete for you

• A leaderboard result: the nickname, score or streak and the technical identifiers stored with it.
• Game statistics linked to your browser's random player ID.
• A waitlist entry: the email address and the consent record saved with it.
• A contact-form message: the name, email address and message you sent.
• A feedback message you sent through the feedback button.
• AI-explanation ratings and usage records linked to your device identifier.

3. How to ask

Send an email to contact@aiialabs.ge with the subject "Data deletion". We do not know who our players are, so please include what helps us find the data:

• for a leaderboard result: the nickname, the game, and roughly when it was played;
• for the waitlist: the email address you signed up with (write to us from that address if you can);
• for a contact-form message: the email address you wrote from;
• for a feedback message: roughly when it was sent and what it said;
• for game statistics: the random player ID stored in your browser. If you do not know how to find it, tell us and we will explain the steps.

A parent or guardian can send the request for a child; please do not send us the child's full name or documents. The details above are enough. We reply by email to confirm what we found and what was deleted. If we cannot find the data from the details given, we will say so and ask for more.

4. What we cannot delete ourselves

Google Analytics data is held by Google under the retention setting of our Google Analytics property, and is not linked to your name, nickname or email. Clearing your browser's site data removes the Google Analytics identifier from your device.

5. Facebook and Instagram

GamIA has no Facebook or Instagram login and receives no data from your Facebook or Instagram account. The Meta (Facebook) Pixel is not installed on the site. If you reached GamIA from an advertisement, the only thing recorded is the campaign tag carried by the link, as described in the Privacy Policy.
