About AI IA Labs
AI IA Labs builds GamIA, a free Georgian-language browser games platform for children and teenagers. The company was founded in October 2025 in Tbilisi, Georgia, by Bachuki (Bacho) Labadze, together with co-founders Nikoloz Bezhiashvili, Eka Tchikhladze, Levan Tchighladze, and Cotne Motsonelidze.
What we do
We work in one language pair, on one product line, for one audience. GamIA is built for Georgian-speaking players who want to learn, explore and play in their own language. Every product decision starts from there.
Why this matters
Georgian-language play needs care with words, scripts, history and local references. GamIA brings these topics together in short browser games.
We are expanding the collection and improving its content review process, with feedback from players and teachers.
How we work
Content sourcing
Our content policy requires source references for factual questions and canonical editions for classical quotations, including Vepkhistqaosani. New content passes through a review workflow. Automated checks do not replace editorial review, and we do not claim that every legacy item has been re-reviewed.
Engineering
GamIA runs as a Vite + React single-page app on Firebase Hosting, with Supabase for the leaderboard and challenge state. AI Explain is powered by Google Gemini behind a rate-limited edge function.
Privacy and child safety
Leaderboard nickname handling varies by game. Some modes assign a Georgian nickname, while others let players enter one. The platform also uses device identifiers for game services and collects usage analytics; nicknames do not make all platform activity anonymous. The discovery preview keeps its practice journal in memory until you reload or leave, and does not submit a leaderboard score. School enquiries should contain adult contact details only, without pupil names or individual learning records.
What we're not
We're not an AI-tutor product. We're not a personalized learning platform with adaptive curriculum. We're not a classroom management tool. GamIA is a games platform: the AI is one feature inside it, not the product.
The core games are free. We are preparing a small, teacher-led school pilot with guided practice and manually prepared class summaries. This is a proposed service, not an existing school management subscription. For pilot inquiries, contact our team using the address below.
